What kinds of content are allowed?

We allow all types of creative content and hope to provide a space for you to share the things you like, however, we still do have policies that may make your content slated for removal.

What content might we remove?

Although we cannot be held responsible for what content users choose to upload, our policy is simple, the only content that we may choose to remove is anything shared that violates the law. Such as, but not exclusively limited to; child exploitation, trafficking, gangstalking or online harassment.

Additional Content Guidelines:

To maintain a safe and welcoming community, we may also remove content that:

• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Contains explicit or graphic material that is not appropriately labeled or violates community standards.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or trade secrets.
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or other malicious activity.
• Misrepresents your identity or impersonates another person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms or poses a risk to the safety, integrity, or functionality of Corriv.com.

Do we remove accounts?

Yes. But, only accounts that do not verify their email within a reasonable amount of time, which could vary based on our discretion. Accounts that do not have any profile information that represents a real person may be removed. We also remove spam accounts, accounts who harass others with false statements, accounts who dox or threaten to dox others, or if the account becomes a liability to the company, we may remove it. Accounts that become compromised may be removed upon verification of the owner's request.

Additional Account Policies:

• Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise undermine the safety or integrity of the platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at chance@corriv.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or otherwise transferred to another person or entity without our prior written consent.

Do we verify accounts?

Yes, we do. But, we only verify accounts that represent a real person. We may ask you to provide your government issued identification if we do not personally know who you are, or if we need verification that you are who you say you are, especially if you are a well known influencer, celebrity, or public figure. We do not typically discriminate who does and doesn't get a verified badge, we do however distinguish who is and isn't real. The only way you can lose your badge is to lose your account, which is very difficult to pull off, unless you are blatantly breaking laws.

Verification Process:

• Verification is at our sole discretion and may require additional documentation to confirm your identity.
• Verified badges are non-transferable and may be revoked if we determine the account no longer meets our verification criteria or violates these Terms.

By using Corriv.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and verification.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
• Refrain from uploading, sharing, or promoting content that violates these Terms or infringes on the rights of others.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the functionality or security of Corriv.com, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or launching denial-of-service attacks.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to Corriv.com. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
• Our Content: All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided by Corriv.com are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Corriv.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
• We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or actions of users or third parties on or off the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corriv.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Corriv.com at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from such changes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Corriv.com at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the courts of the State of Texas. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on Corriv.com and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
