Terms of Service

Corriv is an independent social platform for posting, messaging, groups, short-form video (Film), profiles, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we strive to keep it as clean and functional as we possibly can.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account(s).

You may use multiple accounts where the product allows it. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that are spam, fake, abusive, unverified when required, or otherwise a risk to the platform or other users.

If you believe your account was compromised, contact us immediately at admin@corriv.com.

Verified badges (if issued) are non-transferable and may be revoked for violations.

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Corriv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to post or engage in:

• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material
• Threats, violence, trafficking, or illegal activity
• Harassment, stalking, or doxxing
• Hate speech or discrimination that targets people
• Spam, phishing, malware, or scams
• Impersonation or intellectual property infringement
• Unlabeled highly explicit material where it harms the experience

We may remove content or limit distribution at our discretion when it violates these Terms, the law, or harms the community.

Direct messages, groups, Film, Stories, and similar features are part of the Service and are covered by these Terms.

Do not use messaging or groups to harass, scam, spam, or share illegal content. Group owners and admins should moderate their communities responsibly; Corriv may still act on violations.

Corriv’s name, logos, design, and platform materials are owned by Corriv or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.

Respect others’ copyrights and trademarks. We may remove infringing content when properly notified.

You may stop using Corriv at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, harm others, or create legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate operations (see our Privacy Policy).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corriv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities.

We are not responsible for other users’ content or conduct, or for third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Corriv harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service without liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
